It's really two different kinds of sauce. SBR is a top sauce that doesn't really flavor the meat. My sauce is more of a brine or marinade which flavors the meat. You can use both at the same time and layer the flavor in the bite. I think its worth it. I sell 200-300 gallons a year locally if...
