Need Help what's protocol ?

I just received my bat and the seller advertise it with no spirals ...
first thing I see is two spirals in the middle of the barrel. I told the seller what I found and he offered me two options, to knock off 30 bucks or I should send the bat back and he'll then refund me.


Since I don't want the bat, shouldn't they send me money to ship the bat back and to insure it?

Also will I have to ship first before I receive my refund? He has 40+ g2g deals in the past 12months...

So seller said he can't send the money because I am a new member and have no feedback...

I sent the money as goods... should I just make a claim?

yea he's wrong. if you start a claim you will have to ship first and will lose out on the shipping

this needs to be ngtg if he refuses to do what needed

Update

He paid me 190 as goods...
it covered my refund of 175 and some of the shipping
I went to the PO today.
He has tracking info/ copy of shipping label sent to his email

With his good feedback and no nonsense refunding, this should just be listed as a misunderstanding/miscommunication regarding the condition of the bat.

Or just delete this thread and repost a BB thread.
