ASA Monsta98 bat review (must read)

This is my personal review of the asa Monsta98. Little background on me I am 6'1'' 250lbs. I have been playing softball for 6 years total. But playing tournaments seriously for the last 2 years. I am a B rated player in ASA. I am a bat freak and have hit the majority of asa bats in the market from bats that came out in '05 to the latest models to come out this year.

I was as big of a skeptic as you could possibly be about this bat. Those are far away thoughts as of this afternoon. This bat was said to be the best asa bat to EVER hit the market. Obviously that is the boldest of claims. I thought there is no way. Monsta with its patented floating inner barrel technology has blown apart my reservations on the performance of this bat. This bat has one of the biggest sweet spots I've ever felt. With that comes a very forgiving bat. It's use of a dish end cap really proves to help as well on miss hits. This bat has a remarkable feel to it and is easy to feel the ball explode of the barrel. I probably took about 80 swings with this bat today. I was hitting a mix of asa hot dots, hot dot plus', and the thunder hy con balls(mush balls). We started our bp session at 3pm and it was around 75 degrees so balls were pretty soft and the bat absolutely killed them. We hit until dark around 645 and when the balls got harder as the temp dropped the balls just flew farther which I didn't think could be possible. I did hit a few hard balls(zn classic m and super gold dots) at the end of my third round of swings with the Monsta and all I have to say is wow. This stick is absolutely legit and surpasses the hype behind it and literally made me a believer. This will be in my bag as soon as possible.

This is obviously a lie since the OG Ultra was an ASA bat once. Not good to lie to the customer.

Now who paid you to write this? I hope their bat is as good as they think it is, Easton/Miken/Worth/Demarini need some competition in the market besides Combat and TPS.

The og ultra is no longer an asa bat. Neither is the freak, voltage, ultra II etc. If you have never swung the bat then your hating is all based on assumptions. My facts that I am stating about my personal opinion come from real life experience. I honestly was a skeptic until I swung it. I am an honest dude and those of you who know me know that i would not be taking time out of my day to spread my review if I didnt believe in it.

You said "best ever". "Ever" includes the time before now, ergo it would include the time when bats like the Ultra were approved for ASA play.

Also, it was facetious. So there's that.

Im skeptical of this review. Use of grammar is to correct. How many monsta bats did they give you to copy and paste this on all softball forums?

You guys are funny. Keep thinking they suck and we are getting paid to say how great they are. That's fine, more for me. And then when his video comes out what will be the argument it sucks? Lol

This review sounds more like a "Hey I demo'd the bat so i'll write something cool about it".

What bats did you test it against??? Flex, Extended, etc.etc. I mean it's touted as the best ASA EVER, that is a little far fetched. The Ultras were ASA, the first batch synergy's were asa...

How about you do a side by side comparison to some of the BEST ASA sticks and then come back and give an actual review of them head to head!!!
