2 years ago Mr. Abare was going to trade me a PS2 and 10 games for a returned Ultra 1 balanced. I sent him the bat and he didnt send the games, Playstation 2 or ever return my emails. I even filed a postal complaint. I have all the emails saved as well.

Watch out for this guy, and by the way ABE, I recontacted the Postal Inspector.
AND NO I STILL HAVENT LET THIS GO!!!!!

    Hey RJ,

Have you tried the authorities? Most county sheriff departments and state police departments have a group that handles internet fraud cases which will include a trade of products. You just need address, any communication of the trade (emails) and what was the trade for or cash value of the trade. I had a deal simular to yours. I contacted the sheriff's department of the offending person location, the next day I got the call that they had my cash and said that they will be sending a check to me. The guy got an overnight stay in the county jail, had to pay for his time in jail and got another fine based on his 15% of his weekly pay (the jail time, fine probally depands on state/county laws). Know of 5 other people that have gone this route and so far it has been a 100 percent return of what the agreement was.
