Back extension vs Glute Hamstring raise

    Does anyone know if both of these exercise work the lower back muscles the same? I'm guessing the back extension would hit the lower back better. Debating whether to get a GHD bench or back extension bench.

    The reverse hyper is a game changer. If you have one available for you, put this in your regimen!
