I'm sure they will make 26-30oz … ,maybe not the 29 but the other weights I'm sure will be 26 27 28 30 … since they decided to jump in in the pool… they might as well do it right

    i saw these...

In Phoenix in Nov and they looked nice …the new ones for 2014, wouldn't mind trying it myself, DeMarini was the first Senior bat i used when i started playing last year, the limey green yellow one was a purty good bat once you got 80-100 swings on it

Lets see if it actually weighs 30oz's?
    If it's a true end-load, I'd manage with a 29oz:D

I just started swinging the white endload and black balanced 2-piece Ultras. I find it hard to believe a bat coming out is hotter than these 2. I have hit several balls 350 plus with these bats. Only did this before with my OG Snake. I have seen guys in my senior league hit line drive HR's 340 with ease with the white one.

Love to be hitting the balls you guys are hitting. We hit socks in the south east. I need to move in the south west.

ok well i finally cracked the Easton Elder at 900+ swings plus another 30-40 or so to completely break it in half, some of the guys who were swinging it a few weeks ago when it was 68* said it was getting really nasty just before it cracked and i heard the crack (cause i was pitching) and told em to keep on hitting til it broke copmpletely now the bat is back home at the factory so they can dissect it i guess and find out how to make it better... just got around to posting this because of the holidays and its a VERY slow week at work ....been reading the reviews on other bats and they all seem like good products, i will be waiting on the DeMarini and the Easton to come off the shelf before i invest more money in senior bats as i might not be playing as much senior ball as i will Utrip ball here... not many Senior teams in CO so ill have to wait and see if i can find a team... Phoenix was great and i would definitely like to be plaing against guys my own age but guys here dont seem to have the interest in teh 50+ senior division, the 55+ Scrap Iron Thunder have an awesome team and will do well i think...

Hey Super, played against you guys in Phoenix (JU)and I remember you swinging that bat. Funny thing though, I thought it was a utrip bat and you were just strong haha. 900 swings would be a nice change for me after swinging Reebok glass bats the last couple years. Stay away from the Barrage if you want any kind of durability at all. My guess is they used the same fragile (but hot) barrel as the Melee with a different handle, but only a guess.
Looking forward to trying this bat.
    Thanks, Donnie.

You beat us the first time we played, not sure if it was a walk-off.
Can't pick you up, those wonderful roster rules they have. Hope you find a team this year. We are thinking of going to Aurora this year. We'll see when we put our schedule together later.

Who will be selling this" Easton Elder". Looking to get a bat for the season and if it not available I will go to another brand. Been a Easton hitter for 30 years and would like to stick with them.

Our 50 Major plus team has an Easton Buy in for the Easton Elders and I think we have 10 days to commit to purchasing 12 bats for $140.00 each and then the discounts on all the other Easton gear.

I have hit the new Boombah Boss and I did like it. We are doing the Easton buy in program but all of us have 3-4 different sr bats in our bag.

Not hating on Easton but "The Elder" sounds like a name that Bass would come up with

If it isn't you will have a rocky road.
Most people start in late feb to march so they have already made their bat purchases.
Unless this bat has some reason to get people to take a loss on the bat they already have to switch why would they?
I know I have already made my purchases except for one bat and that will be done sometime in feb.
