Hip stretch

    I strained my right knee a while ago, and it's feeling better. My problem is my right hip is really tight and the stretch I would normally do (legs crossed, pigeon, etc) still puts a little pressure on that knee. Does anyone know a good way to get a good stretch there without twisting that knee?

    Honestly, go see a chiro and get a referral to a licensed massage therapist (or Yelp it). Will be some of the most pain you've ever felt but will be worth it. I was a doubter.....

    Stretching is for rookies. Just drink beer pregame to limber up.
