Do you ever have an umpire make you take them off. I just played in a tournament and the ump threw both my bats out because of the knobs. (They are illegal in Senior Softball). He was a nice ump because he could have ejected me from the game also for using illegal eqiup. I took them off and he let me use the bats again.

They are not allowed in ASA...because they are afraid of it allowing you to let the bat "SLIP" out of your hands and hit someone....

    I agree!

I just got Rob's knobcuffs a couple days ago. I haven't swung with them yet, but they feel great.

    Tonight I'll swing with them.

The price was GREAT...you can't beat it.

If Rob decides he wants to make & sell tons of these (he may have done this...have you Rob?) he should get lots of business from everyone.

Very easy to get on...ribbed for my pleasure.

    :)

I'll send some pics with what they look like on my bats.

According to the SPN rule book which we went by:

Altering a bat that has it physically changed in such a way to increase distance or cause unusal reaction to the ball:

Then it give a list of conditions including:

Attaching a flair or cone grip is also considered altering.

That is the only time I have seen this enforced. I know ASA and SSUSA have this rule but I don't know about USSSA.

Thanks guys! I'm glad you like them. I can always make more but I would certainly have to change my process, or at least make another mold, so I can double the amount I make in a day.

At first it was 3 a day, then I ran out of rubber. then I made another mold so I could make 6 a day. If I finish the other mold I'm making know I could make 12 a day. If I had someone else make them I could probably make a whole bunch more at a time but then I'd probably have to raise the price and have a real shippping container that's more professional looking :D :D :D

Not sure what I'm going to do yet, for now I'll just keep it here.

And thank Knapp for the low price, he was the first to jump on them and said 3 for $7, so that's what I had to give everyone else.

    Thanks for the support,
    Rob

Another satisfied customer here. These go great on the Anderson bats with the smaller knobs too. Rob, I haven't taken that picture yet but, just to let you know, you don't need to change anything for the Anderson bats.

Thanks for all the feedback again. Also I have to make a minor price adjustment. It's going to have to be 3 for $7.50, and 6 for $13.00 I didn't realize I was getting fee'd 50 cents by paypal, anyway, still not a bad deal and thanks again for the support.

    Rob
