I believe its 2016 non fib tech (not 100% sure) but non fib should be gtg with 44's too

This, basically their version of a Demarini cluggy/mercy. Can hit either fine

Like stated above its a non fib good with 52 and 44's. you may be able to see the flex under the grip ( usually written in sharpie). Performance is good with 52's but even better with 44's. I used to have one for the cold weather and wasn't to bad of a bat.

Swung one, hated it. Loved most other monsta bats but never liked the Militia.

The DNA mutated is a better option with FIB tech.

If you don't mind swinging a 25oz then a 2500 handle Torch is really good. The DNA Mutated is a great choice if you like the heavier bats. I lean slightly towards the torch but in league I use my mutated.

how fragile are these with 44/375s? I only ask because I keep reading how I they shouldn't be used with anything but LC balls...

52/300 or 52/275 balls only! I would be hot as hades on the 44's but would blow up quick on those balls.

If you play with the 44's then the DNA mutated would be the bat to use.

Don't let the 25oz scare you. They really swing similar to a mid loaded 26oz bat.

So my question is. What's the best slowpitch bat for 44/375. I currently use the 2016 OG Demarini one 26oz. Does the job, but I'd really like a 2014-2015 something.

I heard the 2014 monsta black widow is fire for 44/375 balls. Any truth to that?

we had a guy use the bmlc on a mix of bp balls. probably 50 swings on 52's and 50 swings on 44's and she was dust. luckily it made it through the return process. he got another bmlc and its probably got 500 swings on it with just 52's still fine. so it does matter. so don't hit 44's.

mine lasted quite a bit hitting the 44's...only issue was a very minor paint seam formed but that was it (probably 100 hits on the 44s).

I should add that it's still going strong with it's new owner...so the brief episode with 44s didn't really hurt it ;)
