I love my scn 5 but know it won't last forever. I have a line on the red or orange L5,0 how does it compare once broken in?

    Criminally underrated. I had a '14 L1 and a '14 L5 when I swung 26's and I preferred the feel of the L5. Very crisp and responsive.

Assuming your SCN5 has a lot of hits, a new L5 is going to feel very stiff and unforgiving to you. But beat it up with some hard balls and it'll turn the corner.

Agree. Any L5 is very underrated. Almost wish I'd bought one a few years ago. Frankly, I think pretty much all of Easton's bats from '13 or '14 are underrated. You just have to know what you're getting into when you swing them and be prepared for a long break in.
