opinons on where u personally stand in the box......it's off season here and next year I want to try something different by standing further up in the box then I do now...so that the ball comes a little deeper....

6-3 they throw me deep more then not..

i hate to use joker's infamous phrase, but "no internet stranger can tell you where the best spot to stand" it's 100% depends on you. do you like low balls, stand behind, high balls, stand front. wanna pull, stand close, wanna push, stand further away... IMO, you should use them all depends on the situation.

I stand way up in the box, for modified and UTrip. My right foot is at the halfway point of the plate, give or take. I move back for ASA (it's supposed to be the same arc as UTrip, but umps around here give the pitchers a lot o' leeway on the height)

I know, I know. It was a real answer. Sorry, I'm bored at work. :D

I stand pretty much even with the plate to start the night. Depending where the pitches are coming and what the ump is calling I will move around a little, but usually pretty much within 6 inches front or back is all I really need to adjust. I have more of a baseball swing so I like the ball belt high.

I stand pretty far up in the box. My front foot in front of the plate. I also stay pretty far away from the plate.

^^^ agreed it is situational... everyone can tell you where they stand in the box, that doesn't mean it will work for you.. js

I stand about even with the plate. I don't like standing deep in the box because they tend to pitch me short a lot. I like to catch the ball about chest high so I move up depending on how each pitcher pitches. Find your power and consistent hitting zone and adjust your stance accordingly to the pitcher. Also, try to look at the pitcher pitch to a few batters before you're up to bat to get a sense of what he is throwing.

I stand back in box too. I'm an ex baseball player. Hate high pitches. Also if something is short I can step up easily and hit it.

Far back as possible and walk it. Much easier to direct the ball accordingly with the pitch

Up front of the box to hit Homeruns, and back of the box to hit line drives.
