I have a 26 and a 25. Both had good exit speed right out of the wrapper, and the distance got solid after about 50 to 100 swings for me. As far as the weight, I'd say they swing a little heavy, but not the full ounce most people seem to feel.

IMO this is the key question. If you're looking to have some fun with your buddies and get a bit better, then go sign up for the next tournament, bring a case of beer and enjoy yourself. Myers, Desmond and Minor are locks for me. My debate is between Machado, Pence and Longo. I'm leaning towards Machado. I get the injury questions, but my thought is that if not for those questions, Machado is a top 5 rounder, so I take him on upside. Longo is round 2 is solid as well...

I'd been working on getting into better shape and getting faster/stronger and then I tore the ligaments in my ankle a few weeks ago playing ball. Partial tears, so hoping to be back to the gym in the next few weeks. It had been going really really well.
