you got ti try this bat speed drill i found on here . im weighing 250 hitting the weights hard . bat speed routine is really great
cool i have a big barn with a pretty big net i hit off my tee , i though bout getting a pop up toss machine , ive seen them pretty cheap on here . i was in one dome tourny this yr in flemington , nj it was ok , the balls sucked and it was 1- pitch , you got a full team for indoor league , i have some freinds playing in that same indoor league .
I will have my indoor cage completed after christmas, so I will be able to hit in the basement... Indoor league is awesome. i would like to get into an indoor tournament though.
yea i been working out hard im laid off now , so im working out during the day and doing bat speed stuff , im tipping the scale at 250 , getting strong again , my joints are killing me (my knees ) so i got to get some joint stuff

Not since weekend before Thanksgiving. Been hitting the weights and the cages though. I start playing in the winter league this saturday in Pottstown. Pretty pumped up for that.
