Took a few hacks before dark since most fields now are closed @ night. Conditions about 46 degrees, wind about 5 to 10 pushing in.

Mix of old new tech and new tech.

The Hot Butter took the round, with 2 Gate crashers. 26 with endload.

The Flipper is 28oz and on the heavier end compared to my Custom Flipper. Also hit one GC but fell short due to the weighting as I did pop up some.

Demolition held its own and still think needs a ton of hits to get next level.

Valor just like most ASA Pures, off T not the best performance it seems to me. Was in the mix with consistency.

8 points - Hot Butter
7 points - Demolition
6 points - Valor
5 points - Flipper

I get older Miken but currently don't own one to be really sure.

Pingy out of the gate. Have 26 full ounce endload where it feels closer to a mid-load Monsta 27oz.

More swings when it warms up as most fields are under snow as of now. Will try to get some cage swings in to loosen it up a bit as well.

Will be doing an Old School battle soon. Been out of commission due to heavier than normal work schedule, fields @ night closed for season and out of shape!

Some teasers
Rawlings Plasma Orange 29oz
Combat VTS 27oz
Easton Bombsquad 28oz

HR=3pts, Fence=2pts
OneHopFence =1pts
1000007262.jpgEaston Bombsquad was very tight will need some team BP to open it up. 4pts

Rawlings Plasma had 1 gatecrasher and interesting feel with some feedback on the hands depending where on barrel it's struck. 6pts

Combat VTS was the most consistent plus 2 gatecrashers. 7pts

LS Nexus started slow but on last 5 took lead with only bat hitting an OTF finished with 8pts.

Others that will be in that Old School Battle with be:

Combat 275
LS 2000
LS Z4
Dudley Demolition
Rawlings Silverback
Boombah XRT Boss
And maybe 2 more

Hey fella, where did you get a black barrelled Pure Sidewinder? I assume it's an USA version?🤔
Was supposed to get this:
Pure Hellfire bat- Riot exclusive - 26.5

But later was shipped that Riot exclusive Sidewinder. USA Model

Interesting, so is it a 12 inch barrel basically the same as the white barrelled Sidewinder? Just a Riot team exclusive? And is it a 26.5oz or were you able to get a heavier version? Which you'd probably have preferred 😉😁

I forgot all about that Rawlings silverback! If you used that in a later round, I’d bet it would’ve had more points

Still has a chance in loser bracket to move on up but as I hear these need a ton of BP to showcase it's true potential.

Nexus 4pts vs Demo 5pts
Nexus fell short as the Demolition moves on.

J2 Swat 4 pts vs XRT Boss 6pts
Early signs indicate that XRT maybe the lead dog in the sled. Only gatecrasher of the series this morning.

Next Round

2 series ended in OT and Combats come out to face in Winner Series Semis.

LS Z4 came out hot with a Gatecrasher but in the final 3 swings they Dirty came back to tie. In OT Dirty graced the fence to take the battle.

2nd series also went into OT with Bombsquad came back to tie but in OT Round the Wanted hit fence to move onto the next round against it's breathren.

VTS Survivor barely survived with it's gatecrasher to take the win against the J2 FlySwatter.

Nexus didn't stand a chance as the ACL Silverback was the bat of the night with 3 gatecrashers and 1 OTF.

Next Loser Bracket matches

It was a Louisville night. Upstate NY found this field outside of Binghamton. With some wind help as well.

Rawling Plasma just couldn't keep up with the LS Z4 as it took a commanding lead after just 4 swings with 8pts.
1000008701.jpg

The Easton Bombsquad had a 13 to 5 lead with the LS Z2000 last 3 swings and all were OTF's to steal the round.

Next round of Loser Bracket Winners to face off.
