Who here has a certain routine that is just plain solid? I'm always looking for new ideas and want to hear what some of you guys got that you like. Been hitting it for 5 years, started at 170lbs and feeling maxed out 215lbs now. Just can't gain any more

They take 4ever 2 break in, don't give up on it. try bp with 44/525's. it may take another 1000 cuts, maybe more but well worth it
