if you don't play golf at least once a month on average you aren't a golfer imo. Lots of out of shape people who can't bench their body weight but the aint lifters either

200 is average for a 59 year old man who plays 3 times a year in a scramble maybe. If you aint carrying it at least 240-250 you are giving up distance

Your swing varies day to day is the problem. Biggest thing you can do on your own for free is get a consistent pre shot and line up routine. I can correct left to right ball flight with 5 swings of my whippy stick now cuz its about getting the slot right as opposed to the entire set up
