in this case since he or she miss the bag you act as they got the bag intill in appeal happens or they are touch the base after. go ask the umpires you work for advice on it as well. they won't steer you wrong.

i do some slow pitch co-ed but they have there own silly rules.. as and many of will disagree hits the plate its strike... slow pitch isn't my specialty to call. im taken a week off from it. less stress on myself and car

No you're not i only ask for a reason I was told by one of my state uic never ever call first base when runner leaves early. as we have mask and we dont have the best vision sight for first base. Than he told me that most 10u runners don't leave the base to early I fully disagree with him So...
