    it would be 1 base awarded, not sure how the determination of intentional versus un-intentional would be made as a case could be made for either side. Especially if you are saying only 1 foot made it to OOB

    If there is no more threat of advancement from runners, I would say calling time is perfectly fine. The way you make the umpire yelling it out though, leads on that there is maybe some issues with you earlier in the game
