If you can hit a 12" barrel well, the Demarini J2U is a tank and gets awesome hot. Good bat outta the wrapper and only gets better. It will differ from your U2 in thats its slightly endloaded and more flexy. Maybe not what your looking for but its what I think of when somebody says they want...

From your measurements its an OG. RI has the 13.5" barrel like the BBGV with the same insert in the barrel as the OG.

Little glue on the barrel helps the ball spin better.(not sure if this is legal) Think the slick barrel on them works against you some when cutting the ball. Why I like the bats with the rougher paint jobs.

Love saucony but wonder about the lateral movement.

My J2U had one except you could feel it. Tons of hits later its still kicking and a bud bought it from me he loved it so much.

My 11 Utrip Z is webbed and on fire. Hit a few with it in bp just to keep the feel and heard a strange noise(like when a bat breaks). Saw no signs of anything wrong and hit a few more and it sounded and hit fine. Dunno maybe it was the ball but absolutely no more bp. Least I gotta...

If you get the scx14 make sure its a second batch.(serial under grip starts with an 8 I believe)

You got one of the tanks....hit some hard rocks and loosen it up. Sound will change then it will web then it will catch fire:eek:
