Had my first bat to break last night, it's a Scott Brown gear virus. I'm kinda clueless as far as the proper steps to take on making a return. I.e. filing claim, choosing replacement, that kinda stuff. Any advice would be appreciated and yes, I do have a valid receipt.

Will it hurt to hit fast pitch balls with a slow pitch bat? 11" or 12" raised seams, not raised seams....I thought the were the same other than the seams. Buddy of mine refuses to hit an 11" ball no matter what core or comp it is. Can anyone clear this up for me, btw talking bp here.

Picked up one of these today for my wifey, NIW on Craigslist, paid 150. She plays ass rec league, so did I do ok for her or do I need to just relist? Thanks in advance.
