The 2014 GSL Cincinnati Slugfest will be played at River City Sports Complex and other venues as needed the weekend of April 4 – 6. It is for all Men’s Teams classes A/B/C/D/E. All Teams will play in the Upper Bracket to start with and will play out the bracket until eliminated. All D & E Teams when eliminated will drop into their own Double Elimination Bracket unless they make it to the final eight (8), thus meaning, D and E Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games. If teams elect to not play out the Upper Bracket, they will be removed from the Tournament.
Home Run Rules:
Upper Bracket – DHH plus 4 Home Runs
D Bracket – DHH plus 2 Home Runs
E Bracket – DHH and all others end the inning
Entry Fee: $295 and all Teams hit their own GSL approved Dudley 44/375 Softballs
Awards as Follows:
Upper Division: $1500 to Champion – Highest Finishing C Team $500
D Division: $1000 to Champion
E Division: $1000 to Champion
2nd and 3rd Place Teams in Each Bracket will receive T-Shirts
All Awards based on a Total of 36 Teams entered.
