Will be swinging all my sticks in intervals to see if last year gamers stay on or some new ones make the leap.

Hit in 34 degrees with 7 bats. 12 Balls each of T with mostly 52 cor and some 44.

Have not been able to swing for a few weeks and had some rust early.

Point System with HR over 3pts, hitting fence 2pts and 1 hoppers to fence 1pt.

In this round many fence hits with the DC taking the lead with 5. Only 1 over the 10ft fence and that was the L4 with a Classic M.

TPZ @ tail end of last year was one that I contemplated to move into the bag. It just might do it this year. After working out some kinks in swing the TPZ was a beast. Truly an underrated ASA stick. Had 3 over with longest being.

Monsta Grunt 28oz feels like closer to 30 oz. Will need much work to get it to the top tier.
The dual stamp LS are just not in the same league.

9 Hits each off T. Mostly 52's with some 44's.

The Grunt Style was the Bomb Dropper with 5 over. It was bomb or miss. Longest of the bunch was in Pic attached. Ronin Dual Stamp was the best performer and with over 300 hits showing signs that it is a sleeper bat and can hang in both associations. Just need to put the work into it. Alliance was the gate crasher with 6 off the fence. Lazer just behind with the Boss T3 finishing out in the top five today.

For sure. With most being 28oz, all different loads and how well the swings go defines @ times which bats do better. The LS line for ASA though is behind for sure. Will have the TPZ in next round. That one I will not use any 44's but should be one to contend.

I really like your testing. it's damn most unbiased testing of all the testing i've seen. This proves that the most of the bats are on par. Just comes down to preference and feels. This type of analytic info should be posted in FB, instead of those BS people posting BS stuffs to hype the certain bats. And when someone disagrees, those clowns come after your family.. lol losers at finest.. idolizing a freaking composite rods..

Each bat has different amount of swings so some that didn't fair well I think will need more work and possible this order would be different. Ex. The LS TPZ has maybe 30 hits which replaced one that had close to 100 plus that was fire but used too many 44s before it broke.

My wife fusses at me because i have four (4) bats, again only 4 bats. I play in two different Sr leagues, one only allows ASA stickered bats, other allows Sr bats. So.......two ASA bats, two Sr bats. I also swing 28 oz bats, to me they are easier to control than the 26 or 25.5 light bats, get ahead of myself on the light bats. At only $150 per bat, which is probably way too conservative, you got nearly $5000 in bats, and that's conservative estimate.

i like your evaluation method like others on this post, you have to be a tired man after hitting all of those bats, but good job, keep the info coming.

i was thinking the same thing.. i don't know how his elbow can take that many impact... my elbow would be destroyed if i hit that many balls.. I need to get bigger arms with muscle..

Damn from a rush to a banger lol, I had a rush, basically a repaint of the freak 98 that took like 2000 hits with 44’s for me to game, I can see why manufactures went to quick sales, i mean hot bats, can’t wait for the results and good work!

Yeah after I'm done will look to post a few for sale. Been blessed @ 52 years and honestly some say I'm still the same from then saw me when I was in my early 30's. I feel I'm not as consistent with power but have become a better situational hitter.

I don't do much workouts except the same 30lb dumbells from time to time. Need to start working core with a medicine ball. Recall that worked out for me well but gotten lazy. Look to hit @ least 2x a week if possible, work schedule has been tough but I kind of have the luxury of shifting schedules.

One last thing, when I met my wife @ 30 years young sitting @ the bar we played for back then. I told her honey, "I'm gonna play as long as my body will allow me". She gives me support that others I know don't get.

The Miken M Nation will be one that will take many hits before it competes against the instant gratification of today's bats. The Banger is just what the name implies. My custom Flipper which has about close to 600 or more hits is leading the pack for now with the OG DNA sniffing behind. The Nitrous RL like all Anarchy needs some work but feels like will be game ready quicker than my OG. Rush as mentioned is another bat that has taken a beating from a board bro and when hitting 44's watch out!

12 swings each so far recorded on a closed field. Just hit 100 balls with about 17 on each bat on an open field. Got to get the workouts in.

Well this year is done with this experiment.
As you look @ the list it has some known performers and some that underwhelmed. The Miken Freak one that just isn't made for me for some reason. Not all have the same amount of swings so the overall rating could be considered skewed. Maybe will try this again next year.

Awards list:
Best Performer: Mach Cobra 428. Thing was bought off a board bro here and it's lights out. Not many game swings this year. Will be gamer next year.

Distance Maker: Anarchy Nitrous OG tied with Monsta Grunt with this being my furthest ball this year in game play.

Need to get out of Funk bat: Monsta Militia

Fits my swing best: The Ghost line with the Patriot surpassing my last year fave the Helmer Border Battle.

Awoken from Slumber Award: Demar Custom Flipper which I couldn't sell if I wanted. Wifey bought back in 2018. Finally after many hits its a fun bat to swing

Most bats are 28 ounces with some exceptions with 27 ounce being the lightest I'm willing too swing. Swing Heavy all my life.

Hit 2 newbies today. One used from a Board Bro here and the new DNA LEGACY.


DNA is 27oz with endload. Much pronounced and feels like 28oz. Felt good and early reviews is this maybe similar to the OG and Mutated in that will need some work to open up.

45 degrees and windy.

Distance effected due to wind. Crossing left to right here.


1st Swing with DNA. Later swings were hard to gauge since wind was atrocious. Couple knucklers when looking to hit line drives.

Miken Triad gassed the ball, couldn't get much lift but line drives were smoked.

The Ambush seems to be getting softer on the barrel. Nicely balanced for a 30 oz.

Nitrous Supercharged starting to wake up. Anarchy bats need some beatings before making a decision to keep or move.

Since getting colder will only hit sticks outside that can take a licking. With 52 balls shouldn't be to much of an issue.
