Let me know if you are going to make it. I'll bring my stuff for bp. Oh and text me your number, my phone died
and I lost most of my contacts … like a dumbass I didn't have them saved to my sim card. Lesson learned.
I've recovered almost all of them so far, just a few more softball related ones to get.

I plan on playing in the Senior league. I started hitting homeruns again towards the end of the season. My younger
brother and I got together a few times for what we call "chuck and duck" and just try to hit the ball as hard as we can.
It helped me finally get that E/D tournament ball swing out of my head and wound up killing the ball last 5 games in the
Senior league. Hit 2 out in that span came close like 7 other times and am finally pulling the ball to left again.

We'll stay in touch, the tournament isn't till April 26th.

Well - I finally got out to take some swings today - The temp was above 40 and it hasn't rained in 3 days...

The ground wasn't exactly dry - actually, it was still a bit frozen from overnight - but there was enough grass to stay up, out of the mud, as long as I only took six hits from each spot - then moved over to hit six more in another grass area...

Anyway - I hit 120 shots off the tee - It was nice to get some swings...

We played mainly Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, once in awhile Monday. Wednesdays were out due to the 35 and over league using the same fields. This year will be about the same, slightly less as one team dropped out.

Thanks, I will send a note to Chris as I think he is the director for this one.

This is usually a big event and you never know what team will have what with it being an open. I haven't played in this one in about 8 years when we took third. I hope they improved the fields and pushed the fences back a bit to make them 300 ft, but even if not I am looking forward to it. I retired Army as well, along with a few others I will be playing with. We are a very friendly team, unless people start to show their end and then the military fire comes out, lol. I'm sure you will be able to pick us out. See you out there.
