Both are good choices.
Only complaints you'll hear about Tattoos are the synthetics. The composites hang with anything on the market.
I have never hit a bad ZN. I've always felt they were the best for the money but the Tattoos aren't much more.
My first choice as a game ball would be the Tattoo and not just over the ZN. It would be my choice for a game ball out of everything. I would not cry if I had to hit the ZN, though. In my opinion they're the most consistent ball in terms of lack of defects and overall performance across all specs in recent years.

Nothing wrong with ZN's. Tattoos might out perform them slightly. We were using them both within the same tournament because it really didn't make much of a difference.
