Need Help APB for Hanginaten

Sent paypal 1 week ago for an og z2. Haven't heard from him since. When the bat didn't show Saturday I sent a pm asking for tracking info.
It appears he hasn't been online since pming me his paypal address (Tuesday, 3/31).
Any suggestions?

This sucks i had a similar situation where i paid for a bat and then no reply or tracking sent several pms but user wasnt online but luckily for me the bat was received..might help to try and see if there are local forums around his area and post a need help there as well..

Well... it's only been 7 months, but I still haven't heard anything. I did attempt to add him on fb. I assume he's dead.
Although others say he's still active other places online
