Mostly 52 cor with some 44 cor to mix in.

Of the listed the TPS is currently gamer.

To fence was 338.

Distance w/52 went 1) TPS 2) FBB 3) DNAM
Distance w/44 went 1) Boss 2) FBB

The Ghost 2 is a solid line drive bat, distance below the rest but one that fits my swing very well.

TPS to me is the Sleeper of 2019. It snuck into my gamer bag during the spring.

Freak BB is solid performer with large sweet spot with its 14 inch barrel. Just might sneak into gamer status very soon

The Viper. What's to say of all the Anarchy line this one is a tank with the performance slowly getting better. This one needs patience

DNAM is one where sits in shed and time to time pull out for some work. Performance is starting to show some results.

Boss was a recent pickup from a board member here and will definitely be in my bag for the over 50 league. This thing eats 44's. 52's fair performance but oh it loves the 44!

None hit the fence on a fly. TPS short hop 330 to 335 with FBB not far behind.

After a few weeks with Rotator cuff tendonitis got some time too swing some more of my sticks.

Not 100% healthy but needed to get in the swing of things.

Non are gamers currently but will look to sneak in 2 of these before year out pending healing shoulder.

Of the posted picture of distance only two of them I was able to hit over, with the Portent hitting 2 over. Each bat 8 balls each in 2 rounds.

Nighthawk went deep with Portent. Portent had longest ball about 330.

DNAM, EST both hit bottom of fence. Others had 1 hopper to mark.

Probably need another week of rest since still cant throw but swinging was improved.

I've been using that model Portent 28 oz as my main bat for 3 years now. When I'm not swinging it I'm using a 28.5 oz blue and pink Greinert. I'm 64 and no power hitter anymore, so distance doesn't mean a lot to me. I was able to put a lot of tee swings on it the winter before I started using it. It developed the loud Combat crack pretty quickly as I remember, but took about 700 hits using used .52/300s to get where I thought it should be. I hit some 44/375s with it, but it sounds like it shatters like fiberglass would with every hit, so I stopped hitting them. Liked it so much I bought 2 more 28s and a 26 oz for a teammate when another site was having a sale.

Started using the second one this spring(?) to get it ready. Used it in my church league once a week, and have no idea how many hits are on it. It seemed to be taking longer to develop the loud crack, so I made the decision a couple of months ago to hit only .44s with it. There are some 11" fastpitch balls in the mix too. If I destroy it, so what? I've got 1 that's broken in, another in the wrapper, and I'm 64 and not likely to wear any of them out. Anyway, I wasn't noticing much change until last time out. I hit a number of balls with no change in sound or distance. Then I hit one of the 11" balls, and heard CRACK! Hit about 10-15 more, both 11" and 12", and the bat made the loud crack on all of them and the balls seemed to go about 10' farther than they had been.

I'm a fan.

The white portent is a good bat. I had a 28 ounce. I noticed the same breaking sound with the 44s and so I began to only use it with 52s. However, like you in seeking better performance I went back to using the 44s along with baseballs to break in that fellow. If I hadn’t have lost the bat, I’d still use it now and again. I definitely liked its crack sound and the feel of the ball off the barrel.

That green Boss does hit 44s well. It also destroys baseballs. Thing is a tank. Barrel is too hard for 52s though. Even after 3,000 hits mine can’t compete with any of the new bats with the 52s. Except for the garbage White Ghost.

The 15 Combats take awhile to break in. The payoff is durability. My 15 DBA is still going strong where as my 16 DBA blew a disc way sooner. It did break in much quicker though and had a bigger sweet spot. My favorite is still the orange 13 DBA but I baby the hell out of it. Disc is rattling and probably down to its last 200 swings or so.

28 oz Demar Flip Custom (Gamer]
28 oz Dud Demo
28 oz Anarchy Warlock
30 oz Boss

Took 7 cuts each with random 52's.

Of the posted picture of distance only two were hit out with the Boss hitting top of fence. Many 1 hopper's to fence across all lines.

Surprise was the Boo. Still in wrapper and after cut 3 hit furthest ball [pictured/video]

https://photos.app.goo.gl/DWjaWXUGUsJg9UcH6

Flipper Custom was 2nd to hit over fence. Finally starting to use this bat in games and loving it.

Warlock needs some work but is far better than the Viper before it.

27.5 oz TPS
28 oz MIzuno Envy
28 oz Demarini DB ASA
28 oz Demarini Omega
28 oz Anarchy Warlock
28 oz TPZ Canada EL

Took about 90 cuts in total. The last 45 placed into a competition based on hitting fence, over fence and 1 hop over fence. 331 to fence (pic)

The DB hit top of fence and 2 bounced over.
TPS finished with 1 bottom of fence and 1 bounce over. Omega and Boo had 2 bounce over. Warlock, TPZ and Envy had 1 each bounce overs.

The TPZ still in wrapper. Louisville has a contender for ASA now with these new lines. Earlier cuts had 2 bounce over swings in final were crisp line drives.

The DB will be getting in bag for spring for sure. Just missed hitting over that 331 mark. The Boo is the Ghost that wished it was. Omega Dual Stamp, recent pick up from forum member is sweet.

The Monsta last swings were hard line drives in final round with one hoppers to fence.

All great bats for ASA. Hell the Envy surprised me some.

TPZ Can 28oz 36pts
Anarchy 28oz 35pts
Ghost 2 28oz 34 pts
H Flex 28.5oz 34pts
Demo 28oz. 32 pts
Torch 27oz. 28pts
DNAM 27.5oz 28 pts

30 Hits each. 34 degrees 52's with a few 44's.
Hit on field where corner of fence line is 305 to pictured is 318. Points are related to distance using 3pts over fence, 2pts hitting fence and 1pt one hoppers against fence.

Most HR's was Demolition but only because most 44's hit with that tank. 7 in total. As for strictly 52's HR's tied w/6 each Warlock and Ghost 2. Followed by TPZ Can and Helmer Flex w/5 each.

Overall performance in this round went to the Canadian TPZ.

Question the easton boo you are saying it's a easton ghost 2 with more endload. Did the bat swing heavier than sticker weight. I was thinking of picking one up because. I have a DC 41 asa in the bag and I add this if it was worth it. Thank you in advance

The latest round was Ghost 2, not Boo.

However will be switching out another 6 bats and do similar comparison. The Boo will reappear.

As for the reply related to that round of swings. The Boo has a mid load compared to the balanced Ghost2.

Great line drive bats. Distance is fair and once in a while it lays one deep.

For out of wrapper the Boo was impressive IMO.

CombatPortent 28oz = 45 pts
Omega Phx 27.5oz = 35 pts
Boom Boss XRT 30oz = 32 pts
Demar DB Juggy 28oz = 28 pts
Worth EST XL 28oz = 26 pts
Easton Boo 27.5oz = 22 pts
Mizuno Envy 28oz = 20pts

30 Hits each. 30 degrees 52's with a few 44's.
Hit on field where corner of fence line is 305 to pictured is 318. Points are related to distance using 3pts over fence, 2pts hitting fence and 1pt one hoppers against fence.

Portent hands down was on fire. Did develop a small seam but this bat will be in the Spring rotation for sure. 9 HRs total. The Omega for a dual stamp is no joke either with 6 HRs. Boss and EST tied with 5HRs each. The smaller barrel of the EST couldn't get consistent swings for some reason. The DB Juggy, thought would have performed better than it did. The Boo just lacks some of the pop of these other bats. The Ghost 2, ASA Blue Line and Helmer BB Ghost perform better than Boo. Envy was envious.

Another 7 bats for next time.

Most fields are closed around Northern New Jersey. Hoping restrictions lifted soon but will take time to work on some things like cutting the ball. Took out some potential bats to loosen them up for potential fall ball. My prediction is 6 months before we get back to what was, IMO.

Of Bats pictured the Flipper is one I was hoping to place into my 4 bat bag this year. It took sometime to warm up and was close to being unloaded a few times. Couldn't pull trigger since wifey purchased few years back as xmas gift.

The Warlock and Omega are with the least amount of swings. Omega this round bested the Warlock. The Demolition may just finally be getting hot after many attempts of thinking it will be the next Voltage! Gave up on it right after getting it a few years back, sold it and sucker I am bought another 1 for cheap. The sound has changed and just might be that sleeper after all.

Envy actually holds it's own with these newer bats. Every once in a while I hit that small sweetspot and reminds me of the one I had 15 years back. That one got a slight seam crack and the bat became no kidding Ultra like for another 50 to 75 hits before she blew up in a winter league. Should have known better not to abuse it.

Boombah Boss is a TANK and will look to keep hitting it to open it up. May take 1k. Oh well...hoping to swing till I'm 60!

Some new hacks taken.

DC41 30oz
Boss 30oz
DNA RI 27.5 oz
Ronin 28oz
Crush ASA 28oz
DB Nihilist 28oz
WC Militia 28oz (Gamer)

Took about 10 hacks each off T.

The DC endload has me dipping quite a bit. Definitely hit the highest pop ups.
Ronin is a recommended dual stamp.
Boss tank with performance improvements.
DB Nihilist here still underwhelmed. The Gold Version I have is altogether another animal.
DNA RI is right up there with my gamer the Militia.
Crush is a winner here. Some work is needed but rewards are bountiful.

Pics shown for overall distance
1) WC Militia
2) DNA
3) Crush

Found a field while on a trip to Northeast PA.

12 cuts each

28 oz Easton Ronin Dual Stamp

28 oz Easton Patriot Double Barrel ASA

28 oz Louisville TPZ Red Balanced ASA

29 oz Monsta DNA OG ASA

28 oz Mizuno Crush ASA

TPZ took distance..Ronin,Crush and Patriot all finished in 2nd. DNA was third but the bat has more to go to potential.

Ronin is a legitimate dual stamp and can compete with ASA only bats.
Patriot is ready to replace my Helmer BB soon.
Crush as mentioned a winner for Mizuno, needs work but rewards.
DNA OG has more endload than the rest and I was dropping a bit in which lost some distance. Screenshot_20200930-231105_Photos.jpg Screenshot_20200930-231105_Photos.jpg

10 swings each with point system

320 to Fence 10' High.

1 point for one hopper
2 point for hitting fence
3 point for over fence

DNA taking this round with almost double the tally with 2 over the fence, longest with 340'. Only other was the Firestick with one. Omega Dual Stamp was a consistent performer in this round. Portent reminds me why Combat had gotten it right @ times, underrated bat. TPZ EL starting to open up but still not near the Balanced version I have. Ronin can hang but the Omega is just a better bat right now. Helmer Blue Line just doesn't have the distance but as with most of these ghostline bats just love the feel through the zone.

29 oz DNA OG 11 points
27.5 oz Omega 6 points
28 oz Portent 6 points
28 oz Firstick 5 points

I'd place practically all of these in the bag but have too many toys. Already.

Right now gamers are Helmer BB, Anarchy Nitrous and Monsta WC Militia
The fourth bat in my bag is rotated out after an out is made in one game. Sound stupid I know. Always been an average player but getting better with age [51]

So far this year stats are:
Helmer BB: 23-34 SAC(6)BB(3)2B, HR
Nitrous: 18-31 BB(2)2B(5)HR(7)
Militia: 18-25 HR(5) BB
Crush: 3-4 BB
Boss T3: 2-4 BB
Boss XRT: 0-1
Flipper: 1-2
TPZ Bal: 2-3 3b
Patriot: 2-5, HR
Nihilist: 1-5 SAC, BB(2)
DNA RI: 2-4 HR
DNA OG: 4-4, Sac, BB 2B, HR

Ronin really coming along. Portent was the gate crasher of the series with 5 fence hits.

Monst Milita 28 oz 10pts
Anarchy Lazer 28oz 9pts
East Patriot 28.5oz 7pts
LS TPZ EL 28oz 5pts
Demar Nihilist USA 28oz 4pts
LS SuperZ Dual 28oz 3pts
Ronin Flex 28 oz 1pt

A select of new bats thrown in, some middle tier and one of my gamers.

Militia took it this round but the Lazer for as little cut's it has compared to the gamer is sniffing blood. Those 2 only hit over that fence with Lazer just clearing it and the Militia hitting a 344 foot shot.

Easton Patriot is such an improvement from the earlier Ghost versions and recommended. It will be the replacement for my Helmer BB when it finally retires (webbing gives). Nihilist USA getting there and will see if it turns another gear like the Goldie did or simply hits a cruise level like the DB did for me. I wanted another dual stamp to add since I might be playing some games next year in Utrip. The LS Super Z Canadian NIW, liked how it felt. Would say it is even better than a Super Z ASA I had a few years back. Ronin on a 300 foot field would have faired better. But pushing it to that 330 mark it's just a tad behind.

Cool night 50 degrees.

Mix of 52's with some 44's.

Militia usurped this night. Custom Flipper edges out the gamer. T3 is a great cold weather bat and a tank. Surprise was the Ronin Flex tonight. Turned up a gear here.
L4 and SuperZ lacking distance so far but are solid performers as well.

Warmup rounds of 10 swings each. Last 5 using point system. 37 degrees with a slight wind.

Easton Patriot took this round in cold temps. With Alliance having about 30 total swings just a tad behind. Ronin swings were good but just couldn't launch it passed that 322 mark.

1 point for one hopper

3 point for over fence
