Been off for 7 years. Now am 55yo. Was swinging a OG Flex in ASA and a (Light Blue) BJ Fulk in USSSA. What Senior bat is going to be most comparable to these? Do not like 2 piece bats. Do they need to have a special stamp? Is Senior 55 and 60+ same bat same rules? Thank You! New to this. lol Any other information appreciated…

Maybe find a local senior group that has BP and ask to try what they have.
Most likely to find they have bats of differing barrel lengths and weights, bpf rating. Also balanced and end loaded.
You might end up liking a two piece like the worth mach 1.
Imo, Can't go wrong with discontinued models senior adidas Melee 2 or reloaded .
In my area, some leagues got to be over 70 to swing a 1.21

OG Flex fan myself was dissapointed when money outlawed them. My choice would be to pick up a 2021 Suncoast Melee 3 Balanced 13" they are a 1 piece bat like the Flex. But as others have said 2 piece bats are good too and not much different. I also use the Suncoast Melee Diamond Senior Softball Bat 2-pc 13″ Balanced and swing about the same as the 1 piece.
