Bat Wobble Question

I bought a used z2000. If I hold the bat upright and shake the handle I can feel it wobble. If I grip it at the connection point, I can twist it every so slightly. I hit some BP with it and seems to hit like fire and I don't notice any performance degradation at all. I have a couple of questions
1). Is this a safety issue? Will it fly apart? Or wobble just get way worse first? Or just wobbles
2). Does the slight wobble slightly help performance, slightly reduce performance, or no impact?

This is common with the z's and yes it is thought that when it wobbles it does increase performance. It can also be an issue with certain umps/leagues as they do consider this a safety issue
