Both seem like a good deal in your favor, depending on condition of CF3. You can always find another One.12 or Creature for relatively cheap.

cf3 was ok.. had cleat marks from whoever he got it from.. but that doesn't effect anything right? i think i'd rather get rid of the creature+cash then my .12
