mixed BP balls in 60-80 degree weather.
you and I both know that combats do not need a rolling machine.

Yup. Definitely some mashing going on. Mine has 150-200 hits and isnt even close to webbing like that.

I'm no masher. Definitely not a distance hitter, but I hit the ball hard to all parts of the field for a high percentage. What else is a lead-off supposed to do? I'm capable of hitting homeruns but I would rather hitting something hard in a hole.
I'm just very disappointed in the GS... this is the second one and it broke in almost the same number of swings! Combat needs to step their game up!

I dont know what to tell you. I bought the bat NIW, took the wrapper off and I dont think it made it through the first BP session. The bat felt like crap from the very first hit. It already had the beginning of the crack after the first BP but I wasn't sure if it was broke or not. Halfway through the second time out, as you can see, it was pretty obvious.
I wouldn't post something on here that was altered in any kind of way because I realize that the bat breaking would then be my own damn fault. I'm not like some of the jackasses on here who think you can roll a combat, of all bats, and take it to BP and expect it not to break. I understand that most combats take very little time to break in.... as for the last two Supremacys...

Do you have a picture of the actual crack?
A friend of mine has a Gear Afflicted that has cracked right through the "Combat" "M", and it looks mysteriously similar to the way mine has cracked... almost identical.

I dont have that ability and mine made it over 200 not looking anything like that hitting evil bp balls too. Combat stepped their game up didnt you notice the pop? haha Break in time = take the wrapper off...so really 200 game swings could be alot...but the Supremacy is known to do this such is why the Supremacy reload is comin out

You say you were hitting mixed BP balls but these bats are made for the soft ass balls most leagues play with these days. Cant be hitting rocks or waterlogged balls.

LoL!.. there was nothing unusal about the balls. Just a typical mix of BP balls. Not waterlogged, or frozen, or the Ultimate Evil BP balls. The hardest balls in the mix were 47cor-525's and there's about 5-6 of them. There's about 10 44cor-400 and about 40 40cor-325's. All of the balls have been used in games several times and have been hit in BP 15+ times. Hardly any rocks in the mix, the 47-525's are still in pretty decent shape but should not do any harm to the bat.

I just sent the email request for an RA#. When I get a response, I will ask for something else. I'll keep the DB in mind... what about the wood?

i broke my Wood about the same way yours cracked and in less than 300 swings. all 44/400 and 200 or so off of a tee

I think yours was just a bad one. One of my wood now have over 1000 cuts on it and finally showing minimal spiderwebbing. Several of my teammate's wood have at least over 850 cuts and their looks same as mine and they are STRAIGHT up mashers. my wood is just plain SICK. Puts down any bats in shame, I have well broken in 2,500 hits JH120, MV1, DS Plague, 2011 Ressy titan, and DB. I'll take Wood over any of those.

Exactly. I have three bags of balls:
50 socks,
50 44/400 decent nsa balls (no evils or dudleys or sharks),
50 rocks and womens balls.
I usually take bp with the socks, Tlatella will take bp with the nsa balls or womens balls depending on the tourney she's about to play, and if I'm trying to break in a brand new bat I might hit the blue dots or rocks (44/525) from her womens ball bag.
I'd never think about taking bp with a combat with anything harder than 44/400.
