Got one of the new 2021 Demarini Black Ops bags and the handle seems to be jammed down and doesn't want to release to pull up. Im assuming it is probably bent or jammed inside the bag...anybody have any tips or hacks to try and fix this without totally destroying the back or breaking the handle? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

It was actually one given to me through a team package deal, I was going to see if there was any suggestions before trying to send it back

Make a video on your phone and call CS, then ask if you can send the video via email if the person on the other end needs clarification.
