different endcaps?

i have seen on the RD28's 2 differ endcaps anyone know the story behind them?

yes one for ASA, 1 for Utrip.

Also the early released pics on Wilson's image site had the Utrip with a clutch endcap. (which it doesn't have) so you might see some websites with that image.
