Does the run count?

This was in 8u coach pitch softball:
Bases loaded, batter hits the ball to the 3rd baseman. 3rd baseman fields the ball and runs to tag the girl who is running from second. Runner from third crosses the plate.
Runner from second runs over 3’ outside her basepath and is called out for that (after the other runner crossed the plate).
Does the run count because the definition of a force out was not met, or does it not count because runner from 2nd failed to reach 3rd base when she was forced from her base by the hit?

Assuming there were two outs already...

The run does not count. This is still considered a force out.

Where can I find that it’s a force out? It doesn’t fit the definition, and is not discussed as such in my USA Softball rulebook.

the run doesn't score, runner on 2nd was FORCED to advance to 3rd on the ball hit to 3rd baseman, the runner must reach the next base safely, if the runner is called out by tag, avoiding the tag for running outside of the baseline or an appeal for missing the base they were forced to then the run doesn't score
look under section 5 scoring of runs b
