Don't pay extra for special shipping!

I agree with this thread. We paid 25% extra to have shirts done by a certain day, which they cam through on. Paid extra, $105 to have them shipped overnight. But they shipped them 3 day ground by UPS and won't refund the shipping difference.

Because the customer had contacted him and was waiting to hear back on what exactly happened. I called the office, pieced together everything and we got it all figured out.

ive paid for UPS ground shipping $15 that was there charge on invoice and they shipped in a priority bag that cost $5.30 to ship.. so they made a xtra $10 by scammin me on shipping.....get used to it this is what they do

Well something similar with me. Order some jerseys from the paid for them+shipping. A couple days later I added a jersey and towel. Paid for that + shipping. Gets to my house everything in one box. Granite its $13 shipping but that's. My money

more shipping scams coming to the surface....im still owed over $100 for paid overnite shipping that they sent ground
