ISA state tournament question

Our local league team that plays 2 nights a week and probably 1 or 2 local open tournaments per month has decided to play in the TN ISA state tournament this year. We are all young guys (20-22) and none of us have played any sanctioned ball before so we are going to get sanctioned at the last chance qualifier on the 13th and play bronze at the state tourney on the 20th. I just had something come up though and can't play the 13th so my question is, is there anyway I will be able to play in the state tournament without playing in a previous tournament. Anyone that can actually help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

You should b able to play as long as team name and roster is sanctioned

Just have them out you on the roster even though you won't be there

Ok thanks! I didn't know if each person had to be present and individually registered or just the team in general
