Coaches meeting and Tournament Blind Draw - will be held at:
The Summit of Softball Complex*
8915 Apison Way
Chattanooga, TN* 37363
For all the coaches that come to the coaches meeting and tournament blind draw - You will get a ticket to fill out, after all of the meetings are over with we will draw one of the teams out of a hat and they will win a New Bat!!!!!!!
No more than 2 representatives per team will be allowed to be in the meeting.
We will do the blind draw for the Upper at Noon on Friday Aug 28*
We will*do*the blind draw for the Lower at 1:00 pm on Friday Aug 28
We will do the blind draw for the Elite at 2:00 pm on Friday Aug 28
We will do the blind draw for the Women at 3:00 on Friday Aug 28
UPPER & LOWER teams should be prepared to play at 6:00pm on Friday*
ELITE & WOMEN teams should be prepared to start at 8:00 am Saturday morning
State Champions will be put in the hat to be drawn out first.
After the State Champions have been placed in the brackets, the other teams will be placed in a hat to be drawn out.
Teams that do not have a Coach/Manager present will be the last ones to be put on the brackets

We will have an ISA World Series softball that all teams must hit....
$5.00 each or $60.00 a dozen - they are the XROCKS
EACH team will receive 2 free softballs and a scorebook - ONCE they fill out and return the form that the City of Chattanooga needs us to do.
Bat Testing
We will be testing bats BEFORE you play....
Coaches should bring all the teams bats at one time.
We will test up to 20 per team....
We will start testing bats at the complex from 10:00 am until Noon on Friday Aug 28th
Then after we do all the meetings and tournament draws we will start back at 4:00 pm and test until the last game starts friday night
We will start back Saturday morning 1 hour before the first scheduled game
WE WILL NOT test any bat that is brought up by an individual player until after the first round of games is over - we will charge individuals $3.00 per bat after the first round of games is over.
HOME RUN DERBY
We will have a Home Run Derby on Friday night
We will start 6:30pm and quit taking hitters at 9:30pm
Entry fee: $15.00
Hit your own balls - any 12" softball
Hit your own bat - any softball bat
Supply your own pitcher
Winner will receive a NEW BAT
We are going to try and have a hitting skills competition too - if we do it will be Friday night , same times too.
Gate
There will be a gate for the tournament
Players in uniform get in free
Spectators is $5.00 per day
UNIFORMS
Teams with matching uniforms will be Home Team IF the other team doesn't have matching uniforms
Teams will be required to turn a line up in to the Home Plate umpire
