Posting on SBF is not a good way to get hold of SNL. EMAIL IS THE BEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GET A RESPONSE. We have hundreds of people calling in every day and there are 3 people answering the phones so your not always going to get thru. You will get a response the same day via email...usually within a couple hours of your inquiry.

uhmmmmmm. my situation was good. This was my last means of communications used . But thank you guys for your advice. Sometimes ppl get sick or off or shop hectic but figured most ppl have smart phones. It was just a quick question that got figured out. We have spoken and everything is good.
