Although to answer your specific question, the FSE swings most like a juggy out of the two you listed!

they've basically got two 'families' of ASA bats going.

the 'juggy' line: juggy, J2, J2 FSE
the 'one' line: the one, the one MLC

main differences between the two are barrel length, and handle flex. check out the sticky on bat specs to see what other options you might have
