2014 GSL Louisville Slugger Ohio Slugfest, May 31, and June 1, 2014
Dayton, Ohio…..played at Kettering fields, Art Van Atta, and Fairfield Park if needed…..
Giving away more than $5000.00 in cash and prizes! (at least $4000.00 cash)
Mens A/B/C/D/E and Coed, cost 300.00
2014 will have some new changes to this event. Every team will play out the open double elim. Once they lose their second game in the upper they will move to the D or E Bracket. There will be no byes this year every team must play out the open bracket. If you do not play out the open you will be removed from the tournament. (any team that makes it to the final 8 must stay in the open)….if they win the open they will get- D team wins they get $3000.00, if an E team wins they get $4000.00.
Upper winner will get $2000.00
D winner $1000.00
E winner $1000.00
2nd and 3rd place in each bracket will get t shirts
If we hit 70 teams we will add a second place award upper $500.00, d or e $250.00
If we hit 50 teams we will pay out an extra $1000.00 for the C div. of Play
Only taking the first 75 teams! So Start to sign up!

All Tourney awards for all div. of play

Friday Night honoring of 3 softball players that served in the military (war veterans)
Adding to Friday night we will have a Seniors All-Star Game (more to come)
Saturday Night we will have an open home run derby for anyone….It is The Louisville Slugger Challenge. Louisville Slugger will provide all bats for this event….winner to get a Z3000 and more! More details to come!
