Everyone asks if the bat is returnable, what is the point of the bat being returnable if you don't have a receipt?

what sucks is I have a psycho supermax w/ an end cap coming off. IIRC the bat just came out last yr, but I can't find the F'n receipt. I would think that would be replaceable receipt or not. damn

FREAK 98 warranty question--- HELP!

i bought a freak 98 off of softballfans.com last august....it broke tonight right on the sweet spot....will my softballfans.com receipt work, or is it considered a 3rd party receipt? its the printed off receipt i received in the packing slip. a quick response would be grateful before i send it in! thanks

I got my original bat back today and they enclosed a nice denial letter stating that the company I purchased the bat from said they quit selling that bat and it shouldn't be covered and Miken stamped the endcap with a W

What store was still selling OG F98's in the last couple years? I'm pretty sure Miken knows the handful of authorized dealers that even had any.

I was looking at the returns for my Vicious. in the bats i can choose for a returned bat it also lists all weights available. - so my question is - im turning in a 26 oz. vicious can i get a 27oz. back, will miken let me upgrade weight? or do i need to go weight for weight?

You are correct. I sent mine on 2/22 and got my new one on 3/4. Very pleased with Miken since it was my first return.

I was just looking for this answer...someone needs to remove that other addy so there's no confusion.
I'll have a WR FREAK DST MXL 26 oz for sale here shortly.
