got to the field for practice/scrimmage, took the wrapper off the scn19, and these were my first 2 at bats:

i know what everyone will say, so i have another practice on sunday and will try get video for you. you cant tell from the pics, but where the balls landed is actually a hill so it was easy to see where they hit the ground first.

the distance isn't even that important to me, its the fact that these were my first 2 at bats with a fresh out of the wrapper bat.

i am definitely an Easton believer now.

Ok, gotta ask, that a bp field or you actually have games there? How far is right field fence?

just bp and practice field. the fence in right at its closest point is only 251. ive never played a game there but i heard that when other leagues do if you hit it out to right its only a double unless it is to right center where there is a pole that kinda indicates the further distance.

how do you do the distance marker thing?

when you are on the satellite view just zoom down as close as you can and there is a little ruler in the bottom left hand corner of the map. just click it, then click on the map where you want it to start and then click on the spot where you want it to end. it draws a red line between the points and tells you the distance.

I hope I chose the right bat. SCN19 and SCN17BH were the same price $140 and I chose the SCN17BH. I hope I dont regret it...maybe ill pick up both lol.

if the 17bh had been the same price as the scn19 i would have got the 17bh. ive just heard wayyyyy too many good things about that bat to pass it up. but the 19 is supposedly just the longer barrel version of the 17, so i guess you can't really go wrong with either.

Yeah, they are the same price. I heard way too many good things about the SCN17BH to pass it up too and I already swing the SCN17 which I love. I might end up picking up the SCN19 too since its like 132 and both have new stamps so I can just hang on to them.

i got the 19 for $99 during that sale. ive had my eye on the 17's at the place you are talking about and its a great price (for me at least since i love 30's) and especially because of the new stamps.

I did some work with a SCN19 this past weekend. The SCN17BH used to be my favorite bat, but the SCN19 is clearly my favorite now......of the old stuff, I haven't hit the new bats yet but I hear they are phenomenal. I feel like the SCN19 is the big badass brother of the SSR2.
