Need a logo

I am wanting to have a logo designed. It is for a church team. I have a good idea in mind of what I want. As far as clip art (or whatever is used), one side will incorporate mafia guys (there will be more detail to whoever can help me out) and the other side wise men (or shepherds, something of that ilk). Silhouettes might be what I want (instead of ugly mug faces) - we will see I guess based on what is available out there to start with.

I will need to get the vector art for it, and will pay for it to get the vector files. I would like to see examples and get quotes before we start the process. Who can help me out?
