c-dawgs I agree 100% with your appraisal of the og Easton Flex. Not sure what year they came out but thinking 11 maybe 12 years ago. I was really pissed when Easton "voluntarily" banned those 9 bats 2 years ago. (I had 7, 2 NIW $2000. banned)
You got some very good suggestions above, I might recommend trying the og black Miken Uii. An oldy but a good starting bat, can be had at low prices. It can be short lived tho. Check most senior teams dug outs and there are usually several still in use.
