First NGTG I have ever had to post.
TLDR; @Amateroy321 never shipped bat after getting money twice.
My fault for not having him ship first since he is a new member. Agreed to buy an SCN2 for $130 shipped. Paid via Venmo as goods (added extra for fees). Venmo was going to hold the money for 21 days since he is a "new seller" w/Venmo. Even though Venmo stated the money would be released, he didn't want to ship until he got the money. Whatever, I had no issues waiting. At the end of the 21 days he said the money was never released and told me to file a dispute to get the money back. Filed a dispute and Venmo sided with me and I got the money back. That issue supposedly messed up his Venmo account so he said to re-send the money to his GF's Venmo. Against my better judgement, I re-sent the money to his GF's Venmo as a friend. Sent him a screenshot of the transaction but stated she never got the money. Waited a couple days and (supposedly) still no money. Contacted Venmo support and they said that the money was deposited into the account and already spent. However they still claim they didn't get the money. And now he's ghosted me. Venmo - Gust Romie (@Gromieboy or @Gust-Romie (seems to be deleted now)).
