Nike SHA|DO Elite BF1489

All hail Megatron.....
If you are spending that much $$ on a high end glove I personally would opt for a Japan made mizuno over a Nike glove. Just if you go with a Japan mizuno pro limited make sure you know if you prefer it made from kip or steerhide .

Well you don't know if the Mizuno is a better glove than the Nike SHA|DOs or not. Nobody has one of these Nike's yet. Both are made in Japan, both are expensive, both are kip, etc. You are talking just on your personal preference. Obviously, I'm not you. If I wanted a Mizuno, I would have bought one.

Details, images, etc will be posted real soon.

The incredible thing about the high end Japanese gloves, is the amazing high quality/stiff leather (both kip and steerhide), combined with insane light weight.
I was told that many Japanese players like Ichiro, demand that their gloves be ultra stiff and ultra light.

makes sense to want a light glove if you're getting paid millions to track down fly balls

Nope , I'm interested. Only reason I suggested mizuno in my previous post
was due to how poor the diamond elite pro was that I used that belonged
to a teammate but I'm sure this glove is on a whole other than a diamond elite pro.

What exactly didn't you like about the DE Pros?

The one I used I believe was the 11.75" it was fully broken in. The pattern was a little awkward and the fingers were a bit flimsy . I'm sure with a baseball it would be enough but with a softball it was a little noticeable

I like the DE Pros. I just tried to order the 12" model but turned out the place didn't have any. Would have been nice to know that before paying, etc.

he's warming it up...letting it get used to a camera being in the room. A proper lady never allows herself to be photographed without proper introductions.

It does look sharp. I like the single Nike check on the strap, not too flashy but a lot detail. One thing that stands out is the thumb welt going into the strap. Looks very clean. Although admit it, they could've beefed up the glove bag a little...Confortable?
