Numbness in hand when swinging

ive felt this weird numbness/tingling feeling (like when your funny bone is hit) in my left hand when I swing the bat. Not when hitting just when practicing a hard swing w/o balls. Im a right handed batter and as I swing and let the bat go with my right hand and extend and end my swing, I get this feeling. Anyone now what the heck it is or what I'm doing wrong? Maybe twisting my wrist too much?

Pinched nerve, most likely. Something needs to be realigned. If it's the pinky and ring finger, probably the Ulnar nerve.

That can be really serious. Consult with a Neurologist. You could get permanent nerve damage if you ignore it. I am speaking from experience.

I had an EEG done by a hand specialist on my pitching arm and he found my hand full of neuropathy plus a pinch nerve in my elbow.
