Need Help pay-pal

ok, i am trying to sell a glove.. the buyer says he sent funds through pay pal and he has the transaction showing status unclaimed.. am i not doing something right... how do i claim it through pay-pal. i am not seeing anything and see no funds pending.. please assist. i want to get this glove to this guy.

Did he make a typo when entering the address? I had a buyer do that to me a while back.

^^^^^ buyer is going to have to call Paypal to retrieve funds and resend to correct email address

Had this happen last month. He had to call and then I also had to call to get the money. Haven't had a problem since.

yep, he probably put in the wrong email address or you gave him the wrong one. happened to me multiple times

ok.. i called pay-pal.. apparently i had an un-confirmed email address.. it makes no sense because i have received money before... anyways.. thanks guys.
