I could have used a telephone pole and still whiffed those two at bats. The ball coming from that height completely threw off my timing and it took me a few at bats to get it right.

It's not high at all, but when you are used to seeing pitches NO HIGHER than 10 feet, that extra 5 feet makes a difference. i fixed the problem after seeing a few pitches and just moved further back in the box, problem solved.

I will say that some of the pitches were much higher than 15' and the umps said nothing....

Ive played a 6-15 league since i started ball. Its hilarious watching UTrip only guys ***** about it. I know what you mean. Just makes me chuckle. I played a true Unlimited. Only time i have ever gone down swinging. It was way up there. Chin up bro.

If youre not used to it it can mess with you, if youre used to 2' utrip pitches then you see a 15' arch theres a big difference.
