Quick Question....

I have a 2012 Gold Melee in my back Utrip and NSA approved but it does not have the the stamps on it does that mean I can not swing it in certain tournaments or is it at the officials discretion?

Pretty sure if it don't have the new USA stamp on it you cannot use it

Okay because I used it at a tourney this past weekend but awhile back there was another one that they said I couldn't swing it....
