I bought an RPN batpack to start this year. Part way through the season one of the straps that holds the fence clip in place tore completely off of the bag (an obvious construction error they could do nothing about). I contacted Phil at RPN and without hesitation they told me to ship it back and they would replace it under warranty. They even offered to reimburse me for the return shipping. I have always been a fan of RPN but never more than now! Thank you very much for your phenomenal customer service and standing behind your product when so many in this industry do not!!
